Other assistance to <br />be supplied by your personnel, including prepazation of schedules and analyses of accounts, is <br />described in a sepazate attachment. Timely completion of this work will facilitate the <br />conclusion of our audit. <br />We are, of course, available to assist you in other azeas that might arise. <br />Record Retention <br />We will maintain the working papers for a minimum of three yeazs from the date of the audit <br />report. These working papers will be made available to representatives of the United States <br />General Accounting Office or other government audit staffs upon their request and after they <br />have properly notified you of their request to review the working papers. <br />
