Like the pity of Durham, you have probably received a request horn the batha~n bounty a~a~na~sslonels to suppo~~t all of the proposed ~ardan Lake Mules. Durham's pity council has declined to do that, Instead, our Council believes that the most reasonable approach to the Jordan Rules must involve a substantial modification to the existing development rule. we rape yQ~ will agree, anal adapt official positions srn~ilar to Durham's. In pa~~ticular, they impose unreasonable costs an the Capper New Haile governments and their citizens. The Upper New Hope arm plays a valuable race 1n reducing pollutants that would otherwise be reaching the Lower New Hope arm.
