Whitted, seconded by Commissioner <br />Henry S, Walker, it was moved and unanimously adopted that the Board accept <br />the recommendation of the County Planning Board and that the Orange County <br />Zoning Ordinance be revised to incorporate the proposed revisions. <br />B. The County Planning Officer stated that the re-zoning request of <br />Rufus Coulter tc re-zone from residential to a general commercial had been <br />" approved by the County Planning Board. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Henry S, ldalker, seconded by Commissioner <br />Melvin Whitfield, it was moved and adopted, that the Board accept the <br />recommendation of the County P1.anning Board to rezone from residential to <br />general commercial the property of Rufus Coulter. <br />1. Plat of Piedmont Electrification in Chapel Hill Township, dated <br />January, 1973. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Richard E, Whitted, seconded by Commissioner <br />Melvin Whitfield, said plat was approved. <br />2. Plat of Warren Su~ney in Eno and Aillaborough Townships, 4.94 acres <br />dated January 18, 1974. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Henry S. Walker, seconded by Commissioner <br />Melvin Whitfield, said plat was approved. <br />3, Brack Pearson (Margaret Campbell) Chapel Hi11 Township 2.64 cares <br />dated March 12, 1974. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Richard E, Whitted, seaonded by Commissioner <br />Melvin Whitfield, said plat wee approved. <br />4. Prelimina Plat of Cedar Hi11s Subdivision, Chapel Hi11 Township, <br />dated March 11, 1974, property of Z. S. Newton, Sr „ I, S, Newton, Jr. and <br />Mitchell Newton located on Weaver Dairy Road. <br />The County Planning Dfficer advised the Board that the Board of Transportation <br />had instructed the developers of Cedar Hills to correct a street intersection <br />that is located at lot X33 on said plat. The Board of Transportation wishes <br />the interaeation to be changed from a (Y) intersection to a (T) interseotion and <br />that the County Planning Board had approved said plat subject to the correction <br />that was being requested by the Board of Transportation. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Henry S. Walker, seconded by Commissioner <br />_. Malvin Whitfield, said preliminary plat was approved subject to tY~e stipulation <br />that said street be corrected to meet the requirements of the Board of <br />Transportation. <br />
