2. Average Dollar Amount Paid for each Supplement Category <br />Can you provide us with this information for the categories shown on the chart? For <br />example, in the classified staff category, can you identify the amount budgeted or expended <br />for the supplement divided by the number of individuals in the category to identify the <br />average dollar amount of the supplement? If this is not feasible, perhaps you can identify <br />other approaches that would provide information on the average supplement dollar amount <br />being paid per individual. <br />June 8 Budget Work Session <br />I expect that the Commissioners or County staff will raise other questions during the next week <br />as we all prepare for the June 8 budget work session. I will appreciate your and your staff's help <br />in responding to any additional questions as expeditiously as possible. . <br />That work session will begin next Tuesday at 5 :00pm at the Southern Human Services Center. <br />Although the agenda for the meeting has not been finalized, I expect that the period from 5:00 to <br />7:00 will be devoted to presentations by both school systems on their budget requests and <br />discussion between Commissioners and school board members about the budget issues involved. <br />In keeping with our pattern of alternating which system presents first each year, OCS will be <br />scheduled to present after I make my comments, and will be followed by CHCCS. <br />Please feel free to call me directly if you have any questions about the content of this memo. <br />E� <br />
