Blythe <br />DATE: June 4, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: Hillsborough Board of Adjustment <br />Margaret Hauth, Planning Director with the Town of Hillsborough called <br />about the appointment to this Board. The Hillsborough Town Commissioners have <br />recommended Cannie Bacon Lloyd to fill one of the vacant positions on this board. <br />According to the County's records, there is one vacancy for a regular member to be filled <br />by the Town of Hillsborough and one vacancy for a County alternate (Rod High's seat) to <br />be filled by the County. Ms. Hauth has indicated that without this appointment there will <br />not be a quorum at their meeting on June 9. They have six items on that agenda, one of <br />which is a project at Orange High School. <br />Chair Gordon asked me to send you.the information regarding this <br />appointment so that it could be added to the agenda for the June 8 work session if the <br />Board wishes. <br />
