Supervisory course • <br />Employee issues: <br />Depression affects more employees in the workplace than any other single <br />behavioral health issue. Lost productivity and absenteeism are among <br />some of the problems associated with depression. This workshop will <br />suggest how'to handle work performance issues associated with depression <br />and discuss as well as other mental health issues. It will cover how and <br />when to make a referral to the Employee Assistance Program, as well as, <br />other services offered to you by the EAR <br />Pat Collair, Counselor and Trainer, will be the instructor. <br />This training is required for Orange County supervisors who have not <br />Previously attended Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy training.
