General Interest. co—, <br />urses <br />Understanding , _ a Others <br />in • Teams: <br />This course is not for individual participants. Rather, it is <br />designed for intact work teams and will be offered on a <br />first -come, first- served basis to the work teams that sign up. <br />This workshop will focus on the different personality types in the <br />workplace and explore the strengths, needs and motivations for <br />behavior by using the Myers - Briggs Type Indicator. It will focus on <br />working together as a team,. communicating with team members and <br />holding meetings as a team. <br />Advanced Myers -Briggs workshops for work teams are also <br />available. This session will focus on problem - solving skills <br />and styles in groups. <br />Enrollment is limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 <br />employees. Employees must make a commitment to taking the <br />Myers - Briggs one -month in advance so the results can be scored <br />before this workshop. <br />Note: Personnel will be assuming a portion of the course fee and <br />departments will also be expected to assume a part of the fee at $15 <br />per participant. <br />Rosalie Blowe; consultant and trainer, is the instructor. <br />Presentatin Excellence <br />The ability to speak clearly and persuasively before a group of people <br />is a highly valued commodity and critical to individual success.
