Enclosure 7 <br />10) Provide for a County pay and benefits plan that includes: <br />• Cost of Living Adjustment $591,423 <br />2.5% increase for all permanent employees effective July 1, 1999 <br />• In-Range Salary Increases $267,454 <br />2.5% salary increase if performance proficient or higher. Increase awarded <br />with performance review. <br />• Meritorious Service Award $159,779 <br />Lump sum awarded by department head from department allocation. <br />Awarded with performance review or specific achievement. <br />• 401(k) Contribution $207,870 <br />$15 per pay period supplemental retirement contribution effective July 1, <br />1999 for each permanent employee not already receiving State mandated <br />contribution of 5 percent for sworn law enforcement officers. <br />11) Adopt the Schedule of County Fees. <br />12) Approve the capital projects included in the 1999-09 Capital Investment Plan approved <br />by the Board on June 15, 1999.
