Contract Administration <br />1. Prequalifying contractors prior to advertising for bids <br />2. Scheduling and conducting a Prebid, Conference <br />3. Preparing and distributing minutes of the Prbbid Conference <br />4. Preparing any required addenda to the plans and specifications <br />5. Addressing contractor and owner questions during the bid period <br />6. Reviewing the bids and making appropriate recommendations <br />7. Preparing contracts, between the owner and the contractor. for <br />performance of the required work <br />8. Reviewing contractor -submittals <br />9. Conducting a Preconstruction Conference <br />10. Preparing and distributing minutes of the Preconstruction Conference. <br />11. Performing periodic site visits to assure compliance with the <br />specifications and quality of the work. A minimum of one visit per <br />week during the work will be performed. <br />.
