At the bottom of page I (of the clean <br />copy), in the "acquire System assets" paragraph, the cross - reference to Part 3 should of <br />course refer instead to Part 5. <br />Based on my understanding of how we left things at our last working group meeting, <br />I am not planning to prepare a new draft agreement at this time. Instead, my plan would be <br />to prepare a new draft after each board has reviewed the agreement at a June meeting. After <br />those board discussions, it seems to me we will know whether we should work on a new <br />draft agreement, or if there are remaining areas of disagreement that will first need to be <br />resolved between the boards.
