Section 7. Copies of this grant project ordinance shall be made available to the finance officer for <br /> direction in carrying out this project. <br /> Section 8. Program services authorized by this grant project ordinance will be provided by contractual <br /> services. There are no positions associated with this funding. <br /> Section 9. This project period begins April 1, 1995 and is in effect until June 30, 2000. Subsequent <br /> funding is contingent upon the availability of grant funds. <br /> Section 10. This ordinance supersedes all previous "Criminal Justice Partnership Program" grant project <br /> ordinances. <br /> Adopted this 21st day of June 1999. <br />
