0 <br /> Attachment 6A <br /> Draft Orange County Personnel Ordinance Revision <br /> Article V, "In-Range Salary Increase" <br /> (Changes Marked in Bold Type) <br /> 7.0 In-Range Salary Increase <br /> 7.1 General <br /> The Board of County Commissioners determines each year the total <br /> amount of Cost of Living Increase and In-Range Salary Increase to be <br /> awarded for that year based on cost of living and market factors. The In- <br /> Range Increase provides a means for employee salary progression in the <br /> salary range.
