Norman Walker, Chairman <br />Betty June Hayes, Clerk <br />MINUTES OF THE ORANGE COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />February 25, 1974 <br />The Orange County Board of Commiasionera met in joint session with the Orange <br />County Planning Board at eight o~clock P, M, on Monday, February 25, 1974, in the <br />Commiasionera Room at the Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />Members Present: Commissioners Henry S. Walker, Flora Garrett, Richard <br />E. Whitted and Melvin Whitfield, <br />Members Absent: Chairman C. Nortaan Walker. <br />This meeting was called for the purpose of conducting a Public Hearing <br />on $oning matters. <br />Vice Chairman Henry S, Walker turned the Chair over to Charles Johnston, <br />Chairman of the County Planning Board.
