AGREEMENT Between UNC School of Medicine t <br />and Orange County Health Department 8 <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />OCHD is not and may not be pledged directly or indirectly or contingently to <br />secure any moneys due under this Agreement. <br />20. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall <br />not be altered, amended, or modified, except by an agreement in writing <br />executed by the duly authorized officials of both parties. <br />21.
