While some elements of <br /> the program would remain, these cuts would eliminate the supervisory field review <br /> portion of the program and customer satisfaction survey mailings. This has the <br /> potential to: <br /> • impair the ability to assure compliance with rules, regulations, and production of <br /> quality documentation. <br /> * inhibit the ability to identify the need for program improvements. <br /> • reduce the opportunity for feedback and response to customer needs. <br /> • increase the likelihood of errors in permit documentation that could lead to litigation <br /> or claims against the county.
