Program payments include clothing <br /> allowances, work incentives and other supplies used to help clients find and <br /> maintain employment. <br /> S-1 Fiscal Impact (This number should correspond to the amount included <br /> on the department's budget request excel spreadsheet) <br /> ($65,000) (These funds are 100% federal) <br /> S-1 Description — Describe, in detail, the service delivery impact of the <br /> proposed reduction/change. <br /> Due the reduction, 80 fewer clients will be able to receive work supplies, clothing <br /> allowances, and incentives for job retention and behavioral modification. This <br /> could result in loss of employment, failure to find employment and a decreased <br /> participation rate.
