Each child participates in a specified league based upon the age of the child with rare <br /> exceptions allowed based on skill level and other compelling factors. The program is administered by a <br /> Board of Directors of 16 to 24 people, which elect a slate of officers each year. HYAA owns no facilities but <br /> hosts its games and practices at Collins Field, the Exchange Park Field, and Schley Field. The league also <br /> works with the Orange County Schools to make available facilities at Stanback, Stanford, Orange and <br /> Cedar Ridge High School.
