Attachment 1 <br /> provides minutes from the retreat. As part of the discussion during the retreat, <br /> Commissioners agreed on guiding principles and priorities for the upcoming 2009-10 <br /> fiscal year (Attachments 2 and 3 of this agenda abstract). <br />
