Challenge of continuing to offer • Begin now to relay the message to <br /> 'customary' county services given citizens, partner agencies, and <br /> tough economic times organizations that current levels of <br /> service may not be able to be <br /> maintained. <br /> • Create a new budget ethic/discipline <br /> for BOCC and staff that does not <br /> assume an annual increase in the tax <br /> rate <br /> • Develop budget priorities to help make <br /> decisions about potential budget cuts <br /> • Focus on providing 'core' county <br /> services <br /> • Review how SAPFO is being enforced <br /> 2 <br />
