Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Mike Nelson, Bernadette Pelissier, and <br /> Steve Yuhasz <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: Geoffrey Gledhill <br /> COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Laura Blackmon, Assistant County <br /> Managers Willie Best and Gwen Harvey, and Clerk to the Board Donna S. Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> There was a revised item 4-i. <br /> Chair Foushee announced that the 11th Annual Orange County Ag Summit would be <br /> held at the old Orange Enterprise building on Monday, February 91h at 8:30 a.m. <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2. Orange County Arts Grant Recipients <br /> The Board presented checks to local artists and arts organizations receiving Orange <br /> County Arts Grants. <br /> Chair Foushee read the names and Commissioner Nelson distributed the checks. <br />
