Install cabinets with wood fronts and factory finish. <br />Install same lineal footage as the existing cabinets. Install a <br />Rolled back, formica counter top. <br />DINING ROOM: <br />1. Remove the floor and ceiling covering to the joists. <br />3. Install 1/2 inch CD plywood and 5/8 inch CD plywood on the <br />floor. <br />4. Install lh inch sheetrock on the ceiling. Tape and finish the <br />sheetrock smooth. <br />5. Install colonail style baseboard. <br />HALL: <br />1. Remove the floor and ceiling covering to the joists. <br />2. Install i/s inch CD plywood and S/8 inch plywood on the floor. <br />3. Install'/s inch sheetrock on the ceiling. Tape and finish the <br />sheetrock smooth. <br />4. Install colonial style baseboard. <br />HALL BATH: <br />1. Remove the ceiling texture, the wall covering, and window. <br />2. Install MR sheetrock on the <br />inside of the bath and regular sheetrock on the hall side of the window. <br />Tape and finish the sheetrock smooth. <br />3. Install a tub enclosurer with corner shelves. <br />4. Install a five piece accessory kit, kit to have two towel <br />bars, tumbler holder, paper holder and soap dish. <br />
