Install a crawl space access door of pressure treated plywood <br />on 2x4 framing. Install galvanized hinges and a locking hasp. <br />3. Install a 2x6 top rail, on the deck. Install an oil based <br />preservative and stain. <br />4. Install aluminum, continuous gutter and downspouts. <br />Install concrete splashblocks under each downspout. <br />5. Remove the existing ramp. Install proper framing and <br />pressure treated plywood. <br />6. Remove the existing reaz steps, Install steps of pressure <br />Treated lumber. <br />7.
