FINANCIAL IMPACT: Action on this agenda item will amend the County's annual budget <br />ordinance and establish one grant project ordinance. The grant project ordinance will be <br />administered through the County's Special Revenue Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the attached budget amendment and grant project ordinance and authorize four new COPS <br />in Schools full-time equivalent permanent positions effective April 1, 1999. <br />
