3 <br />3. The Council recognizes that the June 1 draft of the Agreement contains detailed <br />provisions for the current co-owners of the Greene Tract to bazgain together in good faith and <br />with all due diligence, and to use their respective best efforts, to determine an ultimate use or <br />disposition of the remainder of the Greene Tract as soon as possible and in any event by June 30, <br />2001. The Council accepts those provisions. <br />4. The Mayor is authorized to accept minor additional adjustments if proposed by <br />the County which are consistent with the spirit of the Council's discussion of June 21, 1999. <br />5. Resolution R-25 adopted June 14, 1999, is repealed to the extent of its conflict <br />with this resolution. <br />28 <br />This the 21S` day of June, 1999. <br />
