3 <br />• Second Action: Planning Board approved Preliminary Plan <br />• Planning Board approved Preliminary request with staff conditions on a 5 -2 vote. <br />• Developer opposed dedication of wildlife corridor as an individual lot. <br />• Planning Board discussion centered on wildlife corridor dedication acreage, the <br />value of acreage and the ownership of wildlife corridor. <br />• Planning Board asked the staff and developer to discuss the corridor dedication <br />and try to resolve the issue. <br />• Staff offered to reduce the dedication from 5 acres to 2 acres with a 30 foot <br />easement for maintenance purposes. No acceptance of offer by the developer. <br />• Dedication of the 2 acres wildlife corridor will fulfill the fee in- lieu -of for Recreation <br />and Parks. <br />• Third Action: Board of County Commissioners to consider Preliminary Plan <br />Options: <br />1. Action at this meeting or within such further time consented to in writing by the <br />applicant. <br />2. If the Board of County Commissioners fails to act at this meeting approval is <br />directed without conditions. <br />3.
