MOTION: Woods moved approval per staff recommendation. Seconded by Katz. <br />VOM 5 in favor (Andrews, Barrows, Katz, Selkirk, Woods) <br />2 opposed (McAdams, Walters) <br />McAdams stated that he was opposed because of his concern with the <br />wildlife corridor and the gray area. <br />Walters stated that her concern is with the way the wildlife corridor <br />regulations were stated at the beginning and now trails have been added. <br />AGENDA ITEM #9: INFORMATIONAL PTEMS <br />a. June Calendar (to be distributed at meeting) <br />b. Monthly Reports <br />Lincoln. noted that the Board is scheduled for the regular meeting on July <br />7 and a Long -Range Planning Session on July 13. She asked the Board <br />how it felt about having only one meeting in July. <br />MOTION: Selkirk moved to have one meeting in July on the 13th. Seconded by <br />Walters. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. <br />Barrows asked about ordinance amendments that had been before the <br />Board that were not heard at the public hearing. Lincoln responded that <br />the property did not get posted and the letters were not mailed out within <br />the specified time period. <br />Walters stated that she had noticed that wording from staff had been <br />added to agendas going public hearing that the Planning Board did not <br />approve. She asked if the BOCC okayed adding the extra wording that <br />the Planning Board did not see. Lincoln stated that it is denoted what <br />staff and what the Planning Board added. She stated that staff has also <br />been directed to propose fiuther amendments to the subdivision <br />regulations which will be coming before the Board for the August public <br />hearing.
