Amendments: These by-laws may be amended or repealed and new by-laws adopted at <br />any regular or special meeting by the affirmative vote ofthree-fourths (3/4) of the board <br />members present, provided that the amendment or repeal or new by-law has been submitted <br />in writing to the board members not less than two weeks prior to the meeting. aim-~av~ <br />.
