The tract currently is fallow cropland. <br />Zoning: <br />• The property and all surrounding properties lie within Orange County's jurisdiction and <br />are zoned AR(LITTLE -PW) Agricultural - Residential (Little River Protected Watershed) <br />in accordance with the adopted Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />•. The minimum lot size is two acres. <br />
