V11 I com, in ► u 14,11 IN101 ► L :►► IM ; <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />Article 4.2 identifies the criteria <br />which will normally be used to <br />determine the application of a <br />zoning district designation. The <br />applicant has applied for an AS <br />Agricultural Service designation. <br />The criteria for that district are set <br />Forth in Article 4.2. 11 and are as follows: <br />(a) The purpose of the AS District is to <br />provide sites in the rural portion of the <br />County for rural non -farm, non - residential <br />zses which support the horticultural, <br />dIvicultural, and agricultural uses of <br />he AR districts. <br />b) This district will usually be applied <br />?vhere the following conditions exist: <br />1. Site is within areas designated by the adopted <br />comprehensive Plan as Agricultural Residential. <br />!. Lot size for individual uses would be <br />appropriate to the method of water supply <br />and sewage disposal. <br />1.
