14 <br />Insofaz as item (e) above is concerned, the development of a regional intake on the west bank of Jordan <br />Lake under the auspices of the DENR is one possibility for providing access to Jordan Lake water <br />supplies. It is true that the coordination of the financial and operational aspects of such a process would <br />be formidable,. particularly in light of the fact that all of the Jordan Lake water supplies have not been <br />allocated and all eventual allocation holders have not been identified. However, the alternative could <br />easily develop into a situation similaz to that at the eastern intake where one owner or exclusive owner <br />partnership can apply a stranglehold to lake access. <br />If I may provide additional information or comment, please advise. <br />
