Lucy Lewis, Director of the Orange County Literacy Council will present the <br />report and proposal for eliminating adult literacy. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATON(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the report as <br />information. <br />
