Eno River State Park does not include all amenities often <br />found in regional parks, according to the Orange County Master Recreation <br />and Parks Plan definitions. Additionally, the location and amenity offerings of <br />many parks classified under the neighborhood' category do not meet written <br />guidelines. The adequacy of acreage does not necessarily mean the locations <br />most effectively serve the largest number of citizens throughout the county. <br />
