Malty other festivals in the area Dave been successful through <br />Representarnae the financial and in kind support o£the towns and counties in which they were held Until <br /> <br />Sandra Rodnigueg now, El Pueblo, Ync. has requested soxue funding from the Town of Chapel Hill and the county <br /> <br />~aQ'~`'e and state Arts Council. I~lowever, the majority of the festival has been funded by generous <br /> businesses, bath local and state, and Private sponsors. We have received two attractive offers <br />Flo,ma 5irnan to move the festival to oilier neighboring counties; however, our commitment to the people of <br />Reprresentative Orange County has kCpt us from changing the location. We are requesting a donation or <br /> sponsorship from Orange County in the amount of $5,000.
