No indication has been made at this point as to <br /> what the developers choice is on this issue. A specific method <br /> recommendation will be considered. <br />Water tank The Town constructed a 750,000-gallon water tank in 1998 near <br /> Cornwallis Hills to specifically serve the southern pressure zone, <br /> including development at the densities proposed in the EDD. <br />Subdivision The Town anticipates that individual pods will be sold to <br />developers who specialize in that type of development (i.e. a <br /> residential developer will build the single. family subdivision).
