<br />~r <br /> <br />rt <br />Traffic Summary <br />An analysis was done to determine the impact of the proposed Hillsborough Assemblage project <br />at full build-out along Old NC 86. The analysis showed that all of the studied intersections along <br />Old NC 86 will operate acceptably with the improvements listed below and shown on Figure 4. <br />The proposed Hillsborough Assemblage project will widen Old NC 86 along the project frontage <br />to the ultimate four-lane section with appropriate turn-lanes and traffic signals when warranted. <br />Figure 4 shows the proposed improvements by the Hillsborough Assemblage project with the <br />Transportation Plan improvements and modifications to the Interstate ramps that will be needed <br />to accommodate the year 2005 total traffic volumes.
