The impacts to the County occur in varying levels depending on the function <br /> and service provision of various departments within the County. Traffic Impact -See O.C. Attachment 1 <br /> 2. Traffic Peripheral Issues <br /> e The proposed Hillsborough Bypass should be constructed in a timely manner. <br /> o Churton Street/Old 86/1-85 expansion should be accelerated to match construction <br /> with this project. <br /> • Consider future connectivity to a potential rail station north of this project. <br /> 3. School - (Direct County Services) <br /> • Orange County School district provides service to this area. The residential program <br />' should include an analysis of the student generation from the project and the impact <br /> on elementary, middle and high schools that serve the subject area. The annual <br /> impact based on the phasing should be considered as well as the housing product <br /> types and the higher student generation rates that could be associated with higher <br /> bedroom counts in the housing market. <br /> • An under/over school capacity analysis should be developed for this project. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
