Each pazcel as indicated on the Master Land <br />Use Plan will have additional open space and <br />landscaping as required in the Economic <br />Development District Design Manual. Open <br />space shown on the Open Space Plan maybe <br />used to fidfill open space requirements of the <br />Design Manual as may be required for <br />individual parcels. <br />2. Streetscape buffers as indicated in the P.U.D. <br />submittal for the main boulevazd and collector <br />street may have bemung and meandering <br />sidewalks within the buffers. Utility <br />connections will be allowed to cross or be <br />placed within the buffers. All parcels within the <br />nonresidential areas will be architecturally <br />coordinated in order to achieve amhitectuml <br />compah'bility. Hillsborough Place will include <br />an extensive streetscaping master plan. An <br />integrated landscape gackage will exceed the <br />requirements of the Design Manual for Tracts I <br />and L. Recreational facilities will be added to <br />Tracts L and I that will be in addition to the <br />Project Recreaation Area.
