The Board authorizes the Mayor to execute and deliver the final form of <br />the Agreement for Solid Waste Management. The final form of the <br />Agreement shall be in substantially the form of (a) the drab dated August <br />31, 1999, with (b) the modification described above. <br />The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, received the following vote and <br />was duly adopted this 7th day of September, 1999: <br />Ayes: Joal Hall Broun, Hilliard Caldwell, Diana McDuffee, Jacquelyn Gist, Michael <br />Nelson, Allen Spalt, Alex Zaffron <br />Noes: None <br />Absent or Excused: None <br />I, Sarah C.
