CHAPTER 5-OPTIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT <br />Meeting Five " ` ~ , <br />Mission Statement The mission statement was reviewed and discussed focusing on <br />the pros and cons for consolidating all governmental offices to a <br />single location or developing agency locations at a primary and <br />secondary location. <br />Financing Options Numerous financing options were discussed with respect to their <br />applicability to finance future Orange County projects that will <br />be required to meet the needs of judicial agency growth. (See <br />Figure 22.) The Committee agreed that financing beyond the <br />County pay-as-you-go capital funds would be necessary.. A more <br />detailed discussion on this subject took place in Meeting Six. <br />Single vs. ~ Two options were presented in more detail in order that the <br />Three Stories Committee might visualize more clearly the functional and cost <br />consequences of each. No clear direction was determined at this <br />meeting, but this issue would be addressed. in meeting six as it <br />relates to site location. <br />NOTE: Meeting handouts are attached as Tables 4-8 and Figures 19-24. <br />5-2 <br />
