Even the most careful. selection process <br />cannot foresee conflict among personalities. Should the <br />initial group not work well together, short tams in office <br />would allow earlier review of the leadership and <br />discussions of alternatives. <br />® Committee's Composition <br />Doublo-check the composition of the group to ensure <br />that it is balanced. Figure 3 shows how the members of <br />one staring committee were categorized according to <br />social and professional relationships, areas of expertise, <br />geography, fields of professional endeavour(s), ethnicity, <br />age, gender, and lengths of term in office.
