Please note that the above list is not a complete list of all of the - recommendations contained in the E#land-Mebane SAP, but serves as a guide to the most significant actions that must occur before subsequent actions can be pursued. • NC Highway 57 Speedway Area Small Area Plan (Highway 57 SAP) The BOCC adopted the Highway 57 SAP on August 27, 2007. Implementation of the plan will require actions as follows: 1. Adopt the Highway 57 SAP as part of the Comprehensive Plan. 2. Revise the Land Use Element map to include the Highway 57 SAP Study Area. • 3. Adopt Conditional Use zoning text amendments,with the Rural Economic Development Area component_ 4, Consider developer-initiated zoning atlas amendments within the Highway 57 SAP Study Area at a later date. Eno EU D Area Smelt Area Plan The BOCC adopted the Eno EDD Area SAP on June 24, 2008. The successful implementation of this small area plan is dependant upon an interlacal Agreement with the City of Durham to provide water and sewer services to this area. Implementation of the plan will require actions as follows: 1, Adopt the Eno EDD Area SAP as part of the Comprehensive Plan. 2. Negotiate an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Durham-to provide water and sewer services to the area. 3. Revise the Land Use Element map to reflect the Proposed Future Land Use Map contained in the SAP and revise the Land Use Element text to include the new land use category. 4. Incorporate necessary text changes into the Zoning Ordinance to implement the revised Land Use Element.
