Adopt the SGRC Program Design and Implementation Plan as part of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan (Presented at the May 2009 Quarterly Public Hearing); <br /> 2. Revise the Land Use Element map to designate Transitional Areas, <br /> Economic Development Areas and Rural Community Nodes as potential <br /> SGRC areas (receiving areas) and presented at the August 2009 Quarterly <br /> Public Hearing); <br /> 3.
