Rezone a 46,500 square foot portion of the subject property from Existing <br /> Commercial Five(EC-5)to Agricultural Residential(AR),and <br /> b. Rezone a 46,500 square foot portion of the subject property, currently utilized to <br /> support a commercial landscaping operation, from Agricultural Residential (AR) to <br /> Existing Commercial Five(EC-5) (Please refer to attached map) <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners are scheduled to review this request during a <br /> PUBLIC HEARING scheduled for February 23,2009 at 7:30 p.m. to be held at the Central <br /> Orange Senior Center located at 103 Meadowlands Drive in Hillsborough,North Carolina. <br /> According to County Tax Records, you own property within five hundred (500) feet of the <br /> property. As a result,you have the right to express any and all concerns, or support, concerning <br /> this request.
