Harvey, Zoning Enforcement Officer with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br /> HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Article Twenty (20) of the Orange <br /> County Zoning Ordinance I have mailed, or have caused to be mailed, by certified mail a Notice of <br /> Public Hearing to be held regarding the processing of a Zoning Atlas Amendment petition initiated by <br /> Planning Staff and the property owners, Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Mary Beth Helgevold, to rezone <br /> portions of their property at 214 Phelps Road (TMBL 2.46..40H / PIN 9866-58-5983) in the <br /> following manner: <br /> a.
