Bowles, agent to the Zoning Officer, Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br /> HEREBY CERTIFY that I have mailed, or have had mailed, by certified mail, postage <br /> prepaid, a Notice of the Public Hearing to be held on the request for a Zoning Ordinance text <br /> amendment and Zoning Atlas amendment to each property owner, as listed on the Tax <br /> Records and a postcard mailing to all adjacent property owners, as listed on the Tax <br /> Records, within 500 feet, as required by Article 20, Section 6.3 of the Orange County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. 1,822 certified letters and 6,531 postcards were mailed. To provide a complete <br /> listing of such addresses would take 279 separate sheets of paper (140 pages printed <br /> double-sided).
