Your property is <br /> not in the proposed district However, our zoning code requires this notification. In any event, you have the right to <br /> address the Board concerning this action. Special Flood Hazard Area Zoning Overlay District standards(also known as <br /> floodways/floodplain) will affect the use of land within the district boundary. The proposed ordinance, zoning atlas <br /> amendments, and specific maps are available in the Orange County Planning Department at 306-F, Revere Road, <br /> Hillsborough during normal working hours(8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.)
