Your property is <br /> not in the proposed district However, our zoning code requires this notification. In any event, you have the right to <br /> address the Board concerning this action. Special Flood Hazard Area Zoning Overlay District standards(also known as <br /> floodways/floodplain) will affect the use of land within the district boundary.
