DIMS Contract Consultant Statement of Work <br />• Analyze impacts of change orders to overall project delivery. <br />Material changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget will be documented and <br />presented to the project steering committee for impact review, discussion of options and <br />decision. <br />Submittal <br />~ Consultant Quallflcations <br />The Consulting Firm must have the expertise in-house or through third parties to provide <br />the services required by the scope of work. Interested firms or subcontractors must not <br />be vendors for or affiliates of any Hardware, Software, or Equipment suppliers or <br />providers.
