5 <br /> e) Potential Sale of the County's Downtown Churton Street Buildings for <br /> Business Use <br /> The Town requested the Boards discuss any potential plans the County might have regarding <br /> the sale of downtown Churton Street buildings for private business use. Staff will provide any <br /> information at the meeting, and the Boards can discuss this item as necessary. <br /> No Attachments <br /> f) Potential Town Annexation of County Properties on Valley Forge Road <br /> The Town requested the Boards discuss the County's interest in the potential annexation of <br /> properties on Valley Forge Road. There would be no cost impact on the County, but <br /> annexation would help the town if these properties were sold in the future so they could start <br /> generating property tax revenue for the town. <br /> Staff will provide any other information at the meeting, and the Boards can discuss this item as <br /> necessary. <br /> No Attachments <br /> 8. Update on the Heritage Center <br /> The Town requested the Boards discuss this item and receive any updates on the County's <br /> plans, potential timeline, and location. County Manager Laura Blackmon will provide a verbal <br /> update at the meeting, and the Boards can discuss this item as necessary. <br /> No Attachments <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact associated with discussion of these <br /> topics. There are no action items requiring formal Board decisions. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Managers recommend the Boards discuss the topics listed and <br /> provide appropriate direction to the respective staffs. <br />
