The generic aspect is <br /> critical so that new services can be brought on-line <br /> quickly and so that processing through the finance <br /> department is efficient. <br /> Rec and Parks Registration <br /> According to industry research, on-line registration for <br /> rec and parks classes and leagues provides a <br /> significant boost in enrollment. It is strongly <br /> recommended that OC implement on-line registration <br /> for rec and parks programming. As with other e- <br /> Democracy services, it should rely on the generic <br /> credit card processing services. <br /> Integrated Address Based Information Center <br /> On-line land records functions have expanded <br /> significantly over the past few years. The public can <br /> now obtain a wide variety of information directly <br /> associated with land parcels. Still, there remain <br /> additional opportunities for citizen information that <br /> can ultimately be tied to an address. For example <br /> 1.
