Either Party may change the address to which communications or payments are to be made by notice to the other Party as set forth above. 154. Integration. This Agreement is intended by the Parties as the final expression of their agreement with respect to such subject matter, both written and oral, and supersedes all previous agreements. 155. Waiver. No delay or omission by a Party to exercise any right occurring upon any non-compliance or default by the other Party with respect to any of the terms of the Agreement shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof A waiver by either the County or the University of any failure of the other Party to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any future or continuing failure or failures,whether similar or dissimilar thereto. 156.
